Chicken Road Adventure, including all related graphics, code, content, and app designs, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app or its content without our explicit permission.

6. In-App Purchases

Chicken Road Adventure offers optional in-app purchases for virtual items and premium features. These purchases are non-refundable and are subject to the terms of the platform through which you made the purchase (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such virtual items.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent security features or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use cheats, automation software, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the app
• Exploit bugs or engage in any activity that disrupts the experience of other users

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CHICKEN ROAD ADVENTURE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be secure, error-free, or available at all times. Updates, enhancements, or new features may be released at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF CHICKEN ROAD ADVENTURE.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for using our app.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in California.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Chicken Road Adventure immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
